How much is shipping?

Standard Shipping is FREE on all purchases of $40 and over (excluding taxes). Orders below $40 will be charged $4.90 shipping expenses.

Express Shipping is available at a surcharge of $19.90.

When do I receive my order?

Once your order is placed, it takes us 1-2 business days to process and pack.  

Standard shipping takes 4-7 business days within the 48 contiguous states.

Express shipping takes 3 business days.

These shipping times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

With disruptions in the supply chain, shipping can sometimes take longer unfortunately.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States. If you want to suggest a location you'd like us to ship to please send us a message - we'd love to know!

How can I check the status of my order?

We will send you an email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

My Item(s) arrived damaged, what should I do?

If you receive anything that looks off, please email us at hello@anablue.com with photos of your damaged products so we can figure out what went wrong. We’ll help make it right ASAP.

Can I return or exchange my product?

Unfortunately, because of the nature of our products, once an order has shipped we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

All sales are final, and we do not accept returns. However, if you wish to cancel an order prior to shipping or have any questions, please contact us at hello@anablue.com.

I received incorrect item/s what should I do?

Please contact hello@anablue.com within 48 hours of receiving the order, so that we can take care of this for you. Please provide us with your order number along with a photo of the incorrect item you received.

When will items be restocked?

We try our best to replenish our inventory as quickly as possible.

Sign up for our emails and we will notify you when our products are back in stock.

How can I find the status of my order?

We will send you an email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

Can I change the billing address for my order?

No, unfortunately we are unable to change the billing address of your order once it is placed. But, if your order was confirmed, you should have nothing to worry about! As long as your shipping address is correct, you will be able to receive your order.

Yes, all our products are cruelty-free. We do not test on animals.

How do I store my products?

We recommend storing your products in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.

Our products are good to use for 6 months after opening.

Do you test your products on animals?

None of our products are tested on animals.

Are your products hypoallergenic?

All our products are non-irritating, dermatologist tested, and allergy tested. Please refer to the information on the individual product pages.

Are your products vegan?

Please check the individual product page to check.

Does your product have parabens?

No, our products do not contain parabens.

Is it safe to use your products while I'm pregnant and/or nursing?
